Location: Baker Hill – First Processing Plant

Position: Live Shackle

Work Shift: 1st Shift (5:26 am – 2:30 pm)

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Applicants will be considered for positions in Live Shackle only.

This position requires placing live chickens on shackles.


Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are requirements of the position.

This position requires working in cold, damp, hot, dusty, and humid environments with wet, slippery surfaces

Must be able to complete required animal welfare training.

Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
