The Market Research Professional 2 performs data analysis supporting learning plans via management and usage of consumer behavioral, demographic, and attitudinal data. The Market Research Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

The Market Research Professional 2 uses data analytics to provide insights in support of new insights, translates results of analyses into actionable recommendations. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
3 or more years of Market research experience
5 or more years of data analysis experience
Understanding and experience with a variety of research and analytic methodologies
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and meeting facilitation skills
Possess the ability to write queries, create forms, reports and documents in Access and Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau
Working knowledge of PowerBI
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Experience communicating complex and functional strategies to senior management.
Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and take initiative to present ideas, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality work
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M


Preferred Qualifications


Master's degree or other graduate degree
Experience in the health insurance industry
