Be able to recognize and recruit high level talent for the fulfillment team.• Identify and solve problems that come up that hinder business needs.• Develop a strong leadership team from your lead manager down to your team supervisors.• Hold yourself as well as team members accountable daily in achieving desired results.• Responsible both financially and fiscally when it comes to decision making around business needs.• Successfully analyze report data as well as communicate to your team where they stand during scheduled working shifts.About You:• BA or BS in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Communications preferred but not necessary• Track record of exemplary leadership experience within supply chain, fulfillment and/or eCom customer facing environment.• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to change as needed.• Computer skills, including familiarity with the internet, email, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.• Ability to manage multiple departments and employees successfully with respect for the individual.• Ability to problem-solve, collaborate, and strive to show initiative daily to create a successful customer and employee experience.• Must be able to apply established procedures and follow oral/written instructions.• Must have open availability and be willing to work around business needs.About **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.:Seek it.
