Description:
- Senior Data Analyst - Global Finance Corporate Planning is looking to hire a experience data analyst to work on the Customer Account Profitability project.
- This resource will be responsible to build out product level profitability data structures and analytical models for US Card.
- Analyze and manipulate data from different data warehouses within client.
- Build stored procedures for producing high quality data results which match with financial systems.
- Create SQL Server stored procedures and functions to produce meaningful data output.
- Create functions and algorithms to convert a business process into sustainable MIS solution.
- Interpret various data & accounting files from different source systems to close any data gaps and manage the monthly process.
- Understand and own the Finance reconciliation process within the DA world and baseline acceptable tolerance limits.
Required Skills:
- 7 experience working on SQL Server 2005/8 & SQL procedural programming.
- 7 years of experience in creating stored procedures, functions, triggers and database macros.
- 5 years experience with SQL/UNIX/Teradata.
- Overall 7 years of experience in programming.
- 5 years professional experience conducting data analysis.
- Experience with data architecture and data stores/warehouses.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong quantitative /analytical skills, strong innovation, problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Ability to communicate with business effectively, provide clear and crisp status updates on projects.
- Collaborative partnership skills for working with various points of contact and teams in the department.
