The Genesys Cloud Services Engineer enables cloud to provide optimal performance, continuity and efficiency in virtualized, on-demand environments. The Genesys Cloud Services Engineer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

The Genesys Cloud Services Engineer utilizes software that manages and monitors networks, systems and applications not only to guarantee performance to cloud software environments but also to better orchestrate and automate provisioning of resources. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
1 or more years implementing and supporting 'Genesys Cloud' voice services - Call Routing and ACD or Predictive Dialer
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Demonstrated 'Genesys Cloud' Call Routing
Demonstrated 'Genesys Cloud' Platform Experience
Demonstrated Enterprise Predictive Dialer experience
Demonstrated Enterprise Call Recording experience
Demonstrated Enterprise ACD experience
