**What youll achieve**
In this position you will have a direct impact on the future direction of software defined storage at Dell Technologies.
As a Director, you will lead a team of talented product managers focused on PowerFlex rack, appliance and custom node. You will work with team from all across Dell to help enable customer outcomes with our PowerFlex appliance and rack.
**You will:**
Lead a global team of Product Managers responsible for binging all PowerFlex products to market.
Establish and define the long-term product roadmap, vision and technological strategy.
Work closely working with engineering leadership to achieve optimal execution of both short and long-term goals.
Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape and eco-system.
Work closely with Sr product marketing leaders identifying relevant solutions that address customer requirements
Collaborate with cross-corporate functions such as sales & services to overachieve business goals.
Work closely with Fortune 100 customers and balancing priorities between different verticals and markets.

**Essential Requirements**
Experience leading remote and multi site product managers.
Experience in defining long-term strategic plans then putting them into action
Experience with an offer life cycle process and tools such and Jira to align requirements.
Executive communication, presentation and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve a common goal
Experience managing a portfolio of products in an agile high paced environment
**Education & Experience**
Previous experience in technical environment(s) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Proven experience in leadership, planning, communication.
**Desirable Requirements**
MBA in Business, Technical or related degree as well as PC industry experience
