Responsibilities
The Concierge 1 welcomes patients to the center in a warm and friendly manner, will take patient information and put names on a waiting list, cleans and organizes the waiting area and restrooms, and interacts with patients as they leave to ensure a positive overall experience. Provides assistance and directions. May provide tours. May serve as a resource to staff who need assistance. The Greeter performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.
Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Required Qualifications
Customer service experience
Must be Bilingual English (read, write & speak) and Spanish (speak).
Friendly and helpful demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
