WE HAVE MULTIPLE SHIFTS!
A Better Solution In-Home Care provides a broad range of in-home services including nurse delegated tasks. We provide care to a wide range of clients including seniors, individuals with special needs, or anyone who just needs basic help around the house. We are a dedicated and compassionate home care agency that exists to help individuals stay safely in the comfort of their homes for as long as they like.
We service King, Snohomish, Skagit and Island Counties.
Available Shifts:
Bellevue Client:
Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 12:30PM, Companion Care. Caregiver must be available at least 2 days per week.
Bothell Client:
Sunday 6-11AM and T/TH 5PM-9PM. Caregiver must be ok working in pet friendly homes.
Bothell Client:
Tues & Thurs Noon - 8PM.
Bothell Client (3 hires)
: Daily care needed 8AM - 8PM. Caregiver should be available at least 3 days/ week. We can accommodate a flexible schedule.
Kenmore Client (2 hires):
Monday - Saturday, 10AM - 2PM. Caregiver must have Hoyer Lift experience and be available at least 3 days per week. Pet Friendly home
Kirkland Client:
3-5 days per week, 8:30AM - 4:30PM. Can accommodate a flexible schedule. Caregiver should be able to drive client.
Woodinville Client:
Sunday - Friday, 4PM - 9PM. Caregiver must be available Sundays and at least 2 other evenings per week. A car is required for this shift.

Job Description may consist of:
Meal preparation, special diets
Transportation to appointments and shopping
Light housekeeping, home management
Medication reminders

Job Requirements
Must be HCA or CNA certified in the state of Washington or plan to get so within 200 days of hire
