Job Title: Senior Customer Solutions Manager, SaaS Managed Services
Internal title: Senior Manager, CS, Support
The Who, What, Where and Why
This is a new position at Aptean created to standardize support for SaaS Managed Services for multiple Aptean SaaS ERP products and expand the suite of corresponding services we provide. The individual in this role will be tasked with defining the SaaS Managed Service offerings, creating related roll out plans, interfacing with our Sales organization, and leading the technical team who will provide SaaS Managed Services going forward.
Who?
· Must be able to summarize and synthesize product and industry trending data, along with competitive information, to inform our strategy.
· Proven success working with go-to-market partners.
· Experience managing a P&L is a plus; understanding P&Ls is required.
· Must have experience planning and executing new managed service offering launches.
· Must feel comfortable at all levels of SaaS maturity across multiple product offerings.
· Proven track record of communicating with and maintaining executive C-level business relationships.
· Must possess solid leadership qualities with proven business results.
· Must have a track record of maintaining a high level of collaboration across geographically diverse teams.
· Comfortable working in both Azure and AWS technical environments
· Having a Nav/Business Central Background is desired but not mandatory
· Experience Running a 24/7 Cloud Based SaaS solutions, and a team across different time zones.
What?
· This person has ownership for key business results and targets including revenue, product contribution and customer retention for the supported SaaS products.
· Manages the creation of business plans, analysis of product profitability and making revenue and cost decisions for Aptean’s SaaS Managed Services offerings.
· With input from Customer Success team leaders, Professional Services Management and Account Management, plans and forecasts all revenue streams for the for Aptean’s SaaS Managed Services offerings.
· Collaborates and coordinates with Marketing, Partner Managers, Product Managers, and Account Management to target sales and growth opportunities within the existing customer base as well as new system sales for Aptean’s SaaS Managed Services offerings.
· Discovers and validates market problems through external data sources, including customer and prospect interviews, win/loss analysis and analyst relationships.
· Demonstrates a thorough understanding and ongoing development of Aptean’s SaaS Managed Services offerings, becoming an expert able to effectively communicate Aptean’s SaaS Managed Services value proposition in the market based on market conditions and competition
· Leads completion of strategic market analysis to determine market size, pricing, market share, competitive analysis and positioning. Identifies opportunities with the highest growth potential.
· Oversees and sets expectations for the technical, account management, marketing and professional services aspects of the product.
