Supporting all components and processes of new and existing client software installations
Required Skills
> Experience supporting a B2B enterprise application
> Unix/Linux OS (ability to navigate Linux OS - CLI)
> SQL Databases and queries
> BASH shell scripting
> Excellent communication skills
Desired Skills
Experience with network systems (i.e Cisco, etc.)
