As **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. continues to grow and expand, the IT department need a person with the skills, drive, and experience to make IT's processes more efficient, effective, and scalable. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team!
You'll be focused on four areas within IT
Operations
Manage vendors, get quotes, request POs, and verify orders has been completed
Develop processes to manage inventory globally, including shipping and receiving equipment, storing and maintaining supplies, processing RMAs, and dispose of equipment.
Administrative
Work with VP of IT, Finance, Accounting, and other managers to develop, review, and audit the IT budget
Keep track of all contracts, service agreements, and licenses, and update others on when these are up for renewal
Maintain and update all documentation, including equipment and network diagrams for all offices and manufacturing sites
Reporting
Produce a variety of regular reports using a range of tools, including Tableau and NetSuite
Provide forecast and guidance in VP of IT and other managers when planning for the year
Organization
Review internal and external IT processes and make recommendations on ways to streamline and automate these procedures as the company continues to expand globally.
Understand the functions of the IT subgroups and how these resources can develop and be better utilized as the company and dept grow
Work with managers to assess the needs of IT staff and determine areas for training and career development
Organize team wide meeting (IT All Hands) and events, including dept offsite and activities
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in IT support
Ability to work with a cross functional team
