Position Summary:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced connected commerce and shopper media leader to lead the development and implementation of our media plans, connected commerce and precision marketing for full funnel consumer engagement for total US. This leader will collaborate with our brand marketing, influencer and social team in HQ and will synchronize the media plans and activities with our ecommerce and national sales teams. This leader will lead all media planning and buying and the amplification and data-enabled consumer engagement model for total business.
We are looking for this leader to help build the plan, prioritize investments, select and manage agency RFP, rate card and planning. This person will also collaborate on our influencer, collaborations and partnership strategy amplifying and bringing this to life in the last mile to the consumer. They should be knowledgeable and experienced in full funnel CRM, be able to establish and deliver KPIs and ROI beyond ROAS, and be accountable for helping to build both awareness, trial and brand love through the executed planned investments. They should also be knowledgeable in industry standards and retailer media network evaluations, as a key consultant for the national retail sales leadership team.

Requirements
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience with media planning, connected commerce and shopper media strategies, including agency management and measurement.
Experience working with consumer packaged goods brands, ideally with beverage and/or lifestyle brands
Shows convincing understanding of key media platforms / consumer engagement and brand edge.
Experience building and managing agency/connected or shopper strategies and oversight of significant marketing budget.
Experience with data management/KPI success metrics including ROI/ROAS, CRM, et al.
Demonstrate leadership behaviors including Negotiation, Agility, Collaboration, Problem Solving
Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team environment.
Bachelors degree in marketing or other related discipline; MBA a plus

Responsibilities:
Develop & manage media, shoppable social, connected commerce and amplification of owned/earned messaging for full funnel consumer engagement.
RFP and manage agency management end to end: SOW/Contract, Rate Card, Scorecarding, On Boarding, etc
Communication [internal External] including integration into HQ social, owned earned platforms
Development of Shoppable media strategy and investment for multiyear growth plan
Integration and amplification of brand content and assets/experiences from brand team
Collaboration and participation with key retail and ecommerce joint business planning.
Subject matter expert on connected commerce and retailer media benchmarking/investments
Support for National Tent Pole experiential events led by HQ Marketing
Support for strategic tradeshow and industry events when applicable
