Job Description

CTS is looking for aProduct Manager (Prod Mgr 3) to direct our VideoAI SaaS platform (****product line.In this role, you will collaborate with our global teams to drive innovation and profitable sales growth, ensuring that we are providing an industry leading, high-quality, high-performance product our customers love.

Our VideoAI Product manager will lead a highly skilled cross-functional matrixed team, identifying and evaluating acquisitions, partnerships, licensing opportunities, and strategic business alliances that align with our long-range goals. Travel is required to key customer locations, trade shows/industry events and other **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. sites.

Core Responsibilities


Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project; create requirements

Lead planning and prioritize product feature backlog and development

Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

Backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

Create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI

Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities

Mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Evaluates and ensures the viability of new product ideas in the context of the organization's strengths and capabilities, production capability, quality, costs, and marketplace demands.

Maintain calm, forge close and productive working relationships with a broad range of personality types and styles.

Work closely with a global Product Development team to align and deliver to the Cloud TV product strategy.

Acquire, develop, mentor talent within the team.


Qualifications


Successful experience as a Product Manager deploying cloud-based SaaS Products

Video industry experience with knowledge of how video metadata is used and how it impacts business value and monetization

Experience working in Agile environment

Experience in applying AI/ML techniques to solve business challenges

Strong written, verbal, visual communication and presentation skills.

Sharp business analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired: Experience with one or more of the following:

Advertising analytics or decisioning,

Content Search, discovery, recommendations

Salary:

Pay Range: $165,089.77 - $247,634.66
