Managed Services engineers respond to incidents related to security and system health, provide holistic operational guidance, and carry out troubleshooting and configuration within Imperva’s Cloud Application Security platform.Managed Services engineers see a broad range of activities across cloud application and security domains, from integration tasks (such as key management and logging) to security response (advising during triage, analysis, and remediation) to providing analysis and insights through advanced reporting. They also consult with internal functions, both technical (such as support and R&D) and business (such as account executives and renewals). Responsibilities:Expertise with all aspects of the Imperva Cloud Application Security platformProvide comprehensive service to our customers, including proactive monitoring, configuration, and integration assistanceAct as a trusted advisor, providing a high quality of troubleshooting, investigation, and consultation when requested by customersWork with internal Imperva support, research, development and product functions to deliver actionable intelligence that will inform future product enhancementsTake ownership of problems, coordinating with other team members and driving toward resolutionAct as a subject matter expert for Imperva's Cloud products, troubleshoot complex security issues, and lead the team Qualifications: Five (5) years’ experience in tech support, networking, or IT securityOne (1) or more professional certifications - AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Security , CCNA, etc.Domain knowledge of WAN, web applications, and associated protocols (HTTP/S, SSL, DNS, TCP/IP)2 years hands on experience and skills with Python scripting/programming and automation tools (Bash acceptable)Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the drive to research and learn in pursuit of solutionsAbility to work independently as a confident advisor and consultant while coordinating with a teamDeveloped soft-skills capable of supporting customers and comfortable with presenting and leading callsExperience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS and AzureAn advantage - Familiarity with common web technology concepts such as HTML, Javascript, JSON, and REST APIsFamiliarity with common web application security concepts such as the OWASP Top 10Relevant education degrees or professional certifications are desirable  Legal Notice: Imperva is an equal opportunity employer.
