SUMMARY
Global Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a qualified Janitor for the cleaning of a high profile Federal Government Facility in Nevada.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows
Polishing and detailing brass and stainless steel
Various floor work to include stripping and waxing, buffing, and sealing floors
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Required (Minimum) Qualifications:
I year of previous janitorial and/or housekeeping experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance and to pass a pre-employment drug screening is required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The ability to provide excellent janitorial and/or housekeeping services
The ability to be able to effectively communicate and work with a variety of people including, but not limited to, the public, government employees, and other contractors as needed.
Preferred  
Knowledge in floor work such as stripping and waxing, sealing different types of flooring, and operating floor machinery

As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity.
