Job Description:


Develop overall strategy for physical buy-sell as well as derivatives play for MEG.
Collaborate with Shell Trading to grow value by generating physical buy-sell activities (this include pricing levels, freight rates, counterparty risk management and exposure), derivatives activities and ensuring clean completion of each of the activity.
Work closely with the Asia Pacific MEG commercial and supply team, including the global team to ensure alignment of physical and derivatives activities with the overarching MEG strategy.
Build and maintain strong value creating relationship with customers, co-producers and agents.
Effectively manage overall risks of pricing exposure and strict adherence to price exposure reporting and filing.

Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics /Supply Chain/Business/Shipping/International Commerce
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Trading, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations in petrochemicals commodities.
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Knowledge of international shipping terms, hedging, futures market
Ability to work virtually and independently as well as part of a team
Full proficiency in Mandarin and English.
