Description

The Performance and Analytics Engineer is Responsible for delivery of Online Performance monitoring and Analytics Software Services using tools like eG Innovations developing monitoring dashboards for the Client Technology Services Support Team. They are accountable for on time Project delivery while working closely with various functions like Project management, Engineering and Services.

Responsibilities

The Performance and Analytics Engineer will work with CTS TAC Leadership to work on Projects in order to meet assigned objectives. In working within Client Technology Solutions teams on delivering online Performance Monitoring solutions and work on Analytics software. The incumbent will be required to utilize their knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Virtual Machine Infrastructure to develop and deliver quality dashboards and actionable alerting for the area assigned.

Responsibilities


Work on software configuration and develop customized dashboards and reports.
Utilize Operational knowledge to deliver solutions
Provide technical support to Support Team during data collection
Interact with leadership team during meetings to clarify technical queries about the software and requirements for successful delivery of product
Meet Project timelines by planning work and communicating with Project team on
Requirements


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 of experience managing and maintaining monitoring systems
Advanced level experience using eG Innovations to build dashboards and identify trends
Advanced level Citrix experience
Experience managing projects in a fast paced environment
Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M


Preferred Qualifications


Master's or other advanced degree in a technical field
