Task Management website and application:
1- Objective:
Tracking compliance with work instruction assigned to employees within the organizations. The application should send notification with respective persons and monitoring completion of tasks and send escalation in case of non-compliance.
- The application should support multiple locations, entities, various work instructions, different level of users and provide dashboard.
The application will have 4 types of users:
1- Admin who do installation, create new user, new country, new work instructions. He will grant access to users, remove user, design types of reports and dashboard.
2- Leader- he will have a dashboard to see compliance with work instructions across all locations, type of services, departments etc.
3- Manager - Review dashboard, follow up on incomplete tasks and approve actions. The manager will be able to assign task as well.
4- Supervisor- Review work completed by the group of people
4- Employee - Implement the action required
Functions:
1. admin screen will include masters, configurations, mapping, task, history, audit logs. events, etc. The admin will provide access rights or adding new department, new location, category of work instructions
2. the user input screen will include the followings
a. Location, type of work instruction, Description of action to be taken, deadline, person responsible, due date, status, penalties if actions not taken on time, escalation, significant
b. the software should be able to generate reports including graph for monitoring compliance with actions
c. the applications will include inquiry or help desk, library, reminder,
d. email notifications, recorded videos for certain users,
e. deadline trackers
f. capability of developing checklist and visual
porting dashboard
