Together you will collaborate to design, enhance and maintain best fit reward strategy and programs for clients. As a Director, you will provide technical and project management leadership on diverse and complex rewards issues, as well as champion professional excellence. You will build and maintain core methodologies and develop technical capability across the team. Key responsibilities will include:Developing best in class content, including core methodologies across executive remuneration, employee reward and incentive designCollaborate with industry leaders to customise content for industry relevanceCollaborate with other subject matter experts to integrate solutions to address client needs across our human capital solutions practice and broader People Solutions businessDevelop and grow technical capability in Human Capital Solutions AdvisoryProvide technical and strategic advice to Board and C-Suite stakeholders on complex people issues across industries About you: To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in a similar hand’s-on consulting role, with expertise in employee rewards design and implementation.We will also be looking for:Ability to develop conclusions and fact-based advice from data and analyticsAbility to provide advice that is technically sound and strategically aligned to the client’s organisational and people strategyExperience advising Board and C-Suite stakeholders, with experience in executive remuneration desiredAgility to pivot across different industriesAbility to coach and develop teams About us: We’re a team of authentic and smart individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities.
