Tyson Foods is hiring for a highly motivated entry-level Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer that will design, build, and support digital process automation while collaborating with a multi-national team. Primary focus is on RPA development, standardization/optimization of digital workers, collaboration with partners internal/external, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Do you have the skills?

Looking for a technologist that has the right “Attitude & Aptitude” to learn and make an impact working on Robotic Process Automation using Blue Prism and cloud-based platforms such as AWS, GCP, and SaaS based solutions. Ideal candidate has excellent collaboration skills to drive key deliverables, a passion for agile software development and programming languages such as Python, C , Java, and C#.

Requirements:

Location: Springdale, AR

Education: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or an equivalent degree with experience equating to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Experience: 1 years of Technology industry experience preferred. Previous experience as a Software Developer.

Communication Skills: Applicant should be able to communicate effectively with internal customers, leadership, and peers.

Supervisory: No

Travel: Minimal travel requirements.
