Profile

The Philadelphia Housing Authority, America's fourth largest public housing authority and leader in real estate development and property management is seeking a Senior Developer/ Senior Programmer.
This position reports to the Director of Technology Development. This is a senior level, technical position working with users and assisting with their expertise in the troubleshooting of system issues, maintaining system functionality, and the development of new custom functions, including: coding, development, programming administration of Financial, HRMS, EPM, CRM and Supply Chain modules, as well as providing user resources on project basis; assessing existing software applications to determine system upgrades; develop implementation procedures and manage maintenance of implemented applications and perform systems analysis/programming as required, etc. Datastage v8.x or data warehousing is a plus. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate proficiency in few or more PeopleSoft Applications (Finance, HRMS, Supply Chain, EPM, CRM and Portal) or DataStage/ Data Warehousing.
Requires a Bachelor*s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Master*s degree highly preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years strong experience in performing coding, PeopleSoft v8x, and maintenance of large scale processing systems or ERP System.
