Perform histology techniques including processing, imbedding, cutting, staining, gross dictation, and special procedures. Perform clerical duties, including accessing specimens in the computer, billing, ordering tests and worksheets, file blocks, matching slides and pathology reports, and recording work load.Provide general laboratory maintenance such as making re-agents, changing machines, daily cleaning, and filling fixative bottles.
