The role will support the markets analytic and reporting needs.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have the flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Our office is located at 101 17th Street, Moline, IL. Employees will be required to work 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients
Represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs.
Prepares reporting for clients, account managers and leadership
Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations
Follows all policies and procedures related to job responsibilities and participating in the training of departmental policies and procedures, documentation, and tools for Account Management, as appropriate.
Establishes multiple corporate relationships, both within internal and external clients. Work with Assigned Account Executive and other team members on client renewals and new business.
Research claims and member inquiries as needed.
Assists in the development of client specific implementation plans and managing overall client implementations, including but not limited to approval by the client of Plan Materials.
Assists in client training and set up for remote system access and reporting.
Participates in sales preparation meetings, regularly attends, and actively participates in company meetings as requested.
Escalates client concerns when appropriate in a clear and effective manner

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1 years Direct Client Facing Experience in Health Care Lines of Business (for example Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Lines of Business)
Experience with Microsoft Word (sending and receiving information and creating documents) and Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets)
Ability to work Monday - Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm and overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business Management
1 years of PBM Experience
