Good understanding of web portal framework
Experience with full life cycle portal/application implementations
Experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting workflows and developing specifications for the programmers
Good business and systems analysis skills * Excellent communication and strong organization skills
Team player and detail-oriented
