What you will be doing
Overall owner of automated testing in critical software development lifecycle.
Provide clarity on what we are trying to accomplish, understanding of the business objectives and driving the outcome for the program.
Set goals for the program, track, and communicate to stakeholders as well as ensure corrective actions/mitigations as needed.
Communicate daily with engineers on issues and drive resolution.
Optimize team processes to improve quality, productivity, and responsiveness to feedback and changing priorities and set up the program for success in the field.
Build debug tools and analyze test failures across a multi-machine hardware/software stack within a continuous integration automation framework.
Measure and seek improvements in the testing pipeline.
What You Bring To The Team
BS in Computer Science or equivalent, PMP.
1 years of project/program management of automated testing / SDLC.
Knowledge and usage of Python.
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of modern, end-to-end quality best practices, Test Driven Development, Data Driven Engineering, and similar concepts.
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience managing and partnering with teams using Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills
