CVPartners is working with a client whose a utility company that is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer who has 5 years of proven experience working with various cloud technologies. This individual with help accelerate the transformation of cloud services to public and private cloud-based platforms and services; provide cloud leadership for those involved in the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, support, and operations of the company's systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Strong AWS experience (specifically public cloud)
Python/YAML programming
Leadership desire/qualities
Configuration management/automation tools (i.e. Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform)
Comfortable handing SysAdmin duties in OS Platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows)
AWS or Cloud Platform Certifications (preferred)
This is a FTE role looking to start immediately. Role is 100% remote but must live in California. They do offer a nice relocation package for those candidates not already in the Bay Area.
