Customer Service Specialist IAon is a national membership marketing company that provides membership programs to a variety of industries including healthcare, retail, banking, consumer finance and member-based associations. Its leading program is a membership-based healthcare savings program designed to significantly reduce out-of-pocket medical expenses at affordable rates to the consumer while helping the medical community receive accelerated payment for their services. This is a hybrid role needing to go into our Dallas, TX office about 4 times a quarter. Job Summary: Aon is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable employees who have experience in customer service or inside sales. Ideally this applicant would have at least two years experience in this field. Experience in healthcare with provider networks and physician offices are a plus. Job Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of age.Ability to work afternoons, weekends and evenings.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.Highly motivatedPrior call center experience.Similar backgrounds will be considered.Primary Duties:Handle inbound and some outbound telephone calls to assist members and providers. Call types vary from client to client so flexibility and the ability to multi-task is required.Document all calls, changes, and any problems that may arise in our databases. Follow up with clients on needed resolutions.Skills and experience that will lead to success:Computer (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)Copier/****,000 annually.
