Im looking to build a Website and App (iOS and Android) of a scam reporting solution that aims to enlighten and educate people on the various forms, activities and operations of scam and frauds in Nigeria and around the world
FUNCTIONALITIES
• Aggregation of top scam-related news all over the internet.
• Functional CMS for system administration and creation news items.
• Automated subscription management system for subscribers to receive timely alerts on emerging scam trends
• Public submission engine to collect scam stories and news from the people.
• A searchable database of known scam trends, stories and patterns from different parts of the world.
• Trending Scam Chats (Users can register and start a trending chat on scams or frauds)
• Linked to other Social Interactions and sharing (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube)
• Users will be able to create an account.
o They create the account using an email and password or they can login with Facebook, Twitter and Google.
• Users will be able to post links to scam / fraud news.
• Users will be able to share their own actual or near experience with scammers / fraudsters
• The website should have secure emails for at least 20 staff
• The app should have a Chat or Messaging feature which allows users to connect with each other.

• Subscribe to Alerts
• Watch scam videos
• Share scam or near-scam experience
• Search for scam / fraud news and personal stories
There is a preference for the use of Agile SCRUM methodology using DevOps for operations.
The following tech tools should be considered for the development but should be driven by latest technology for website and app development.
