Lead IT Risk Management Professional - Metrics

Description
The Lead, IT Risk Metrics and Data Analytics works within IT Risk and Compliance, across IT, and other partner areas, to strengthen Humana IT risk measures and identify risk using metrics. The selected candidate will work with partners to leverage metrics for identifying risk, establish risk thresholds, analyze metrics against thresholds, and provide recommendations to leadership on improvements related to data and reporting. Developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders on metrics and findings is also required. The Lead advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
The Lead IT Risk Metrics will
Facilitate assessment of current technology risk metrics and deliver recommendations for enhanced risk detection and mitigation
Establish thresholds to identify tolerance and drive down risk
Monitor and evaluate metrics to identify areas of risk within Humana's Information Technology
Identify changes and trends based on analytical findings
Advise leadership on risk metric results with findings and recommendations
Drive opportunities to mitigate risk
Compile reporting and display of data, preparing in a business deliverable format, if needed
Provide expertise on data analytics and data science tools
Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, requiring minimal direction and requesting guidance where needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Robust metrics and reports development experience
Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Understanding of risk and related frameworks (i.e., COBIT)
Experience summarizing complex data into business deliverable format (written and verbal)
Demonstrated data collection, analyzation, and visualization experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools including Power BI, SharePoint, and a broad range of data science tools
Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience retrieving data from Service Now, Archer ESP, SharePoint
Knowledge of Power Automate
Risk Certification(s) - CRISC, CRMP, etc.

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated (preferred) or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
