We have a multi-year initiative that needs a leader that can build partnerships, prioritize value for the customer, and integrate a SAAS platform into Humana's complex environment.

The Director, Technology Solutions devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Director, Technology Solutions requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.

Responsibilities

The Director, Technology Solution will partner with Product and Group Segment Leadership to implement a new SaaS platform that supports Group and Specialty growth outcomes. This leader will partner across the segment to achieve product growth outcomes by defining business and functional requirements, influencing system and architectural design, and ensuring solutions meet operational objectives and requirements. The incumbent will coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. Will also build the right team, including hiring a manager for the new platform work. In parallel, will support legacy product applications that the segment uses today, and define a transition and shut down strategy.

Required Qualifications


10 or more years of technical experience
5 or more years of management experience
Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Possess 10 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Master's degree
