SUMMARY
Global Technical Service. LLC, a subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager for Logistics Transformation and Execution Logistics Capability Initiatives (LCI) contract in Beavercreek OH. The United States Air Force logistics community is building a new enterprise architecture process for its IT portfolio.  The successful candidate will provide full a range of knowledge and experience with project management.  This positon will work with an enterprise architecture team to help them deliver the new enterprise architecture process and tools, and help them plan and manage enterprise architecture services to stakeholder requests for architecture services. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and implement projects
Create schedules and projects timeline
Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
Define tasks and required resources
Lead process of risk and issue identification and resolution
Manage risk tracking process
Track deliverables
Monitor and report on project progress
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Evaluate and assess result of project
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Required (Minimum) Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum seven (7) years of demonstrated project management experience
Proficient with Microsoft Project
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Thrives in collaborative environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task
Effective oral and technical written communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate complex information to others 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Preferred
Professional Project Management certification
Experience with program management
Experience working with enterprise architecture
Experience working with Air Force portfolio management

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
