The candidate should have 2-6 years of experience handling commercial real estate capital market transactions. Should preferably have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, buying, selling, warehousing, and securitizing commercial real estate debt, and being part of the closing teams. Excellent academics, strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school and have admission to practice law or willing to obtain admission promptly. Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in state of residence and other necessary jurisdictions is required.
