The Back-End Developer will be part of the ‘Admin & Manager Excellences
unit and will take an active part in providing real time and BigData solutions to our customers. In this role you will have the opportunity to engage high scale big data problems such as building real time metrics, detect real time anomalies and build large scale alerts and notifications solutions.
In this role you will:
Develop data API solutions for consumers
Design and develop services for online data flows
Drive infrastructure initiatives and implement robust and scalable solutions
Work with developers, architects, product managers and other stakeholders, facilitate and accelerate execution.
Drive our services transformation to the public cloud (GCP)
Your qualifications are:
2 years of experience in Java and Spring Framework
2 experience with database technologies both NoSql and relational
Knowledge in object oriented design and programming concepts
Understanding of the challenges in distributed systems and micro-services
Ability to learn and adopt new technologies
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Strong analysis and design skills
Experience integrating with Kafka or other distributed queue systems - advantage
Experience using Elasticsearch for building metrics in high scale - advantage
Familiarity with Big Data technologies - advantage.
Hadoop/MapReduce, Kubernetes, CI/CD , Scala - advantages
