Day to day tasks to be performed by the Consultant:
Specific duties will include: designing webservices and applications including researching and documenting technical designs, programming solutions, and customer technical support; developing unit tests and testing processes autonomously to ensure conformity of the application with business requirements and implement change management; managing the release management process, including the testing, promoting and releasing of applications through the development environment; and leading code critique sessions and overseeing the development of technical design documentation. Other related duties as assigned. The architect will also lead database design/development and user-interface enhancement

Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.
Expert - 84 Month
Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
84 months of experience in the design, implementation and deployment of web applications (single page front end applications, REST backends)
60 months of experience designing and building cloud native and hybrid applications (AWS)
60 months of experience with data processing, ETL and analysis with Python (using libraries like Pandas, Numpy, etc)
84 months of experience in design, implementation and deployment of system-to-system applications (REST APIs, REST Clients, security)
60 months of experience with relational and NoSQL databases (like Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc)
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or
Information Technology from an accredited institution
60 months of experience in programming public sector government IT projects
