Employee Relations Consultant
The candidate conducts investigations with legal impact-EEO issues, possible desperate treatment issues based on HR trends by EEO categories, harassment, assault, etc. and provides recommendations for actions and next steps. Leads the employee grievance process; and stay and exit interviews. Conduct audits of terminations and records. Participates in complex ADA interactive processes; and advises leaders and colleagues in complex LOA issues. This role provides Training on HR Compliance issues-lunch and learns on professionalism, favoritism and any other root cause trends within ER cases. Master’s degree or JD degree and 3+ years of labor and employment or employee relations work experience; or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of labor and employment or employee relations work experience. Knowledge and the ability to apply applicable policies, regulations, statues and laws that govern people operations. Demonstrated understanding and the ability to apply any regulations, statutes or laws that impact recruitment activities, such as Affirmative Action is needed.
