Position Summary

The Director, Digital Product Management, Emerging manages two direct reports and is responsible for the vision and direction of our emerging digital products team. This includes (but is not limited to) Metaverse, Social Commerce, and Voice. This is a high profile, critical role at UA with lots of autonomy that will develop and lead new, innovative digital products and consumer solutions, positioning UA to attract a younger customer and for future growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Owns the strategic direction emerging digital products and is responsible for setting the long-term vision, strategy and roadmap and omni- channel connectedness for those products and services. Also responsible for getting alignment from senior leaders and occasional presentations to investment committee.
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 2 direct reports
Lead cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex features/functionality and strategic capabilities (engineering, design, project management, CX, consumer insights, testing)
Work with the CX and Insights teams, to identify consumer needs to build features/functionality that increase engagement to drive brand love, sales and make focused performers better. In addition, must fully understand competitive space as an input into the product vision/strategy.

You should have demonstrated success as a product leader in emerging products or the field of innovation in consumer facing products working at global scale
You have experience working with remote vendors, teammates, and customers in other countries.
You are skilled at multi-tasking, prioritizing your work and problem solving.
You have demonstrated experience leading successful teams.


Education And / Or Experience


10 years product management experience (preferably in Ecommerce)
Bachelor’s Degree
