Job Overview
My client an International Life Science organisation requires an Applications Specialist to join their team in Waterford for an exiting role with one of the world leaders in product testing
You will be responsible for:
Providing user and administrative support for Chromatography and LIMS systems, and provide IT expertise in analysing existing system processes and suggesting & implementing improvements.
Development of validation plans and testing documents to ensure accurate testing of chromatography (Atlas, Empower) systems and related hardware
To assist in deployment and configuration of IT System Project
You will have:
Degree or equivalent in Information Technology with laboratory experience
An understanding of electronic and microprocessor hardware, Windows operating systems and system development life cycle.
An ability to learn and use CGMP compliant work practices and systems
