Job Description:
As DevOps Engineer, you’ll thrive on working smart, as you build environments for Agile projects, always on the lookout for opportunities and remaining continually curious as to why things happen.
This role will be responsible for building and deploying infrastructure and applications in a Kubernetes environment.
Accountabilities:
We have a containerized application development lifecycle so extensive Kubernetes experience is a must in order to be successful.
All our deployments are fully automated so you will need to be well versed in continuous integration/deployment (CircleCi, Azure Devops, Jenkins).
We run Infrastructure as a code (Terraform, Ansible, Bash and Python). These are things that you need to be awesome at utilizing.
The Environment uses Azure as a cloud provider however; you do not and should not need to be an Azure Cloud Engineer, but you need to be well versed on a cloud provider.

Requirements:
What we need from you
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor’s. or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
Minimum 5 years of related experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience on DevOps/SRE or equivalent.
Strong experience on Python or equivalent language.
Strong experience on bash scripting
Experience in DevOps on public cloud. The preference is Azure.
Experience using Ansible and Terraform is a must.
Experience using Kubernetes is a must.
Experience with monitoring tools like ELK and Prometheus.
Working experience on Git and build tools.
Ability to be versatile and handle multiple tasks and re-prioritizations.
Ability to maintain self-motivation and to work independently and in team environment
Working experience with a Kubernetes package manager like Helm is nice to have.
Working experience with data science tools like Kubeflow, MLFlow, Spark, Jupyter, Pachyderm is preferred.
Experience in Serverless frameworks is an advantage.
Understanding of application security standards and practices.
Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
