Customer Service Representative - AZ
DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming calls and take appropriate action for each call
Maintaining the high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients.
Input data into the company computer platform
Provide efficient, courteous service and respond to telephone calls, email, and questions in a courteous, timely, and friendly manner.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and training guidelines.
Maturity, teamwork, problem solving, learning, and consummate professionalism.
Strong work ethic.
Dependable and accountable.
Outstanding time management.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize accounts.

Computer proficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Successful completion of a criminal background check.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
