Description

Humana's Membership Plan Services (MPS) organization is looking for a Senior Technology Implementation Professional to join the Billing and Reconciliation team working remote or in Louisville, KY. This Senior will support Medicaid Enrollment teams within MPS.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Implementation Professional acts as a project manager delivering new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Key Role Functions


Gather and document business system and functional requirements
Influence system design to optimize support and ensure solutions meet the business objectives and requirements
Complete and/or coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness and transition to the appropriate production support team


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall and Agile Development Methodologies
Minimum of 3 years' experience with project management or leading initiatives throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Experience facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
Strong communication skills with experience creating and presenting reports and presentations to senior leadership


Work at Home/Remote Requirements


Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required


Preferred Qualifications


Located in Louisville (Strongly preferred)
Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
PMP Certification
Previous experience with or working knowledge within the Medicaid line of business
Experience utilizing the following technologies/platforms: MarketProminence, PARIS, PBS, eBilling, CI, Power BI or SharePoint Online


Additional Information

While this is a remote role working from home anywhere in the US, it is strongly preferred to be located in Louisville, KY. If you are located in or within 50 miles of Louisville this role resume as a hybrid of remote and in-office once CDC restrictions have lifted.
