A growing and established Aerospace Company is looking for Mid and Senior-level Embedded Software Engineers. We are looking for candidates nationwide willing to relocate to the Sunny State of Arizona! Once again, must be willing to relocate to Arizona. A full relocation package will be provided for those who join this Aerospace Company including an excellent compensation package, benefits, Retirement program and etc.

The Software Engineer will develop complete software solutions, and influences the successful completion of supported programs and projects and understands and utilizes agile software development methods, automation, and continuous integration. The Software Engineer will understand and applies technical expertise with C and Ada software development for embedded multi-processor systems. Provide practical solutions to difficult technical software problems. The Senior Software Engineer works as a self starter, but follows organizational processes and procedures. The Senior Software Engineer reviews software products for soundness of technical judgment and adequacy. Additionally, The Senior Software Engineer interacts with senior software personnel through both written and verbal communication. Production of documentation related to the design and release of software artifacts is required.

Specific Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise):
* A B.S. Degree in the following Majors: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics

Required Skills:
* 7 years of software development experience
* 3-5 years of experience in an embedded Real-Time setting
* Experience using C or Ada languages
* Experience with software, test development, and integration within a DoD environment is highly desired
* Experience using embedded RTOSs (VxWorks, Integrity, etc.)
* Ability to work in a closed integration lab working on hardware
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* A strong team player

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Desired Skills:
* Practical experience with guidance, navigation, sensing, tracking, and discriminating systems and associated algorithms is highly desired
* Experience designing Real-Time embedded software on multi-processor and multi-core systems
* Experience with Object-Oriented Development (OOD)
* Experience using software source control tools and automated build environments
* Experience with Scrum / Agile Methodologies
* Experience using MATLAB
* Experience using scripting languages (Perl and Python)
* Experience adapting Board Support Packages
* Experience with system integrity and mission assurance
* An M.S. Degree is highly desired
