As part of the International Distributor team, the Sales Analyst will be responsible for wide-ranging reporting and analytics inclusive of weekly, monthly and seasonal business review reporting. This position will ensure all information and analytics are communicated for the successful achievement of business and sales plans. This position will engage the sales team, the distributors directly and proactively provide information to sales, product, and sales operations teams to support and drive strategic account planning; and internal support to the organization by means of reporting and analysis.

Generate and provide Sell-Through summary reports to Internal Sales team within an agreed upon calendar cadence.
Present sales analysis to senior leadership team during bookings seasonally.
Generate and provide Sell-In summary reporting, analytics and ad hoc requests to cross-functional management teams.
Provide Regional Sales Managers constructive analysis with suggestions for improvements during seasonal pre-lines and booking timeframes to create sales driving assortments based on sell-through analytics and market trends.
Work with Regional Sales Managers and planning team on current and future season forecasting. Identify opportunities and liabilities on product based on sales history, current stock position, and market trends to maximize production runs and internal gross margins.
Monitor sales and stock trends; suggest reorders on fast sellers and suggest alternative measures on slow sellers. Communicate open bulk concerns based on sales trend, re-projections, and inventory position.
Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and distributor’s buying/planning teams to identify top and bottom performing doors to ensure proper allocation of goods; collaborate to build regional/market store clusters to improve sales, margins and turnover.
Develop relationships with distributors to understand their regions, business models, channels, and business structure.

Bachelor’s degree specializing in finance, business, economics or equivalent and
three to five years of experience in retail buying or retail planning, preferably with International experience and/or in a sporting goods or department store environment or similar experience with retail forecasting and sales analysis at the wholesale level.
Strong computer proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access and Power Point) with preferred experience in Power BI and MicroStrategy reporting applications.
Possess advanced knowledge of merchandising, buying, product allocation, and retail sales analysis.
Ideally have International experience and advanced knowledge of retail math and pricing strategies with an in-depth knowledge of open to buy and the financial planning process at the retail level.
Possess knowledge of the outdoor industry, sporting goods channel, department store channel, consumer’s buying patterns and retail dynamics sufficient to be credible and influential with customers.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Proficient in manipulating data including statistical analysis and advanced math calculations. Excellent organizational and presentation skills and attention to detail required.
Ability to conduct interpersonal interactions with distributors and other company personnel. Ability to operate independently and follow general guidelines.
Physical ability to use telephone, computer hardware/software including keyboard, type, sit and stand for extended periods of time.

The Field Service Technicians are the frontline service leaders to all A-Gas Rapid Recovery customers in a geographic territory. Business Development Leader
Travel to assigned work sites daily to provide reclamation and recovery services of refrigerant and other specialty gas as required
Provide exceptional service and customer support to all customers
Find additional opportunities for service, gas buy-back and refrigerant spot buy sales that help to meet or exceed territory targets
Submit daily work orders and weekly expense reporting timely
Provide proper care for your assigned vehicle by keeping it in clean, in presentable condition and maintained according to the vehicle manual
Work in a safe manner, holding self and others accountable for safety standards

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1-3 years related industry or mechanical experience preferred
Must hold state issued driver's license, be at least 25 years old with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Must have the ability to work flexible hours, overtime may be required
CDL Class C with Haz Mat Endorsement preferred, or ability to obtain certifications within 90 days of employment
EPA Universal Certification preferred or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment
Must possess technical knowledge to perform the job and follow all safety procedures
Computer skills required with the ability to type and utilize current technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers
Must be able to work outside in the weather-related elements
