Operations Director Jobs

The Operations director will be responsible for managing the organizations HR, helping and creating organizational and program budgets in collaboration with the executive director. The Operations director is responsible to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better reporting and information between different business processes and organizational planning. The Operations director also has the responsibility of managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. He or she is also responsible for developing annual business plans and identifying key activities and priorities. He or she also has to implement and communicate operational strategies and solutions in line with the company business plan.

The operations director job candidate should have at least 7 years experience in management related to the specific needs of the company. A post graduate degree in management in human resources or public relations or finance is essential.
