Description
OSPRO Systems LLC has an opportunity for a Business Development Manager in Tampa, FL with a proven background in IT solutions/consulting sales. This role involves selling OSPRO System’s solution services, which includes: Consulting/Staffing services, HealthCare services (Billing & claims Process), application development and managed services, network administration and support, QA and Testing services and outsourcing.
We are seeking a seasoned consultative solutions focused sales professional with significant industry knowledge and experience. The chosen individual will be able to work directly with customer leaders to win contracts. This role requires the ability to create and cultivate solid business relationships with C-level business and IT executives.
Responsibilities:
Business Development Manager who will directly report to the Management of the company.
The qualified applicant will be a results-oriented, seasoned business development professional who can create awareness, build relationships with key executives, and develop and pursue leads.
The individual is responsible for creating strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close opportunities.
Serve as the primary relationship manager for the customer, identify and procure the right internal and external resources to successfully craft, propose and sell technology & services.
Establish Direct Vendorship
with large and medium size end clients for their IT staffing needs.
The individual will invest the largest part of your time in scouting technology, identifying development projects that may be a viable partnership opportunity for our company.
This position is responsible for identifying and obtaining New business
for the consulting/staffing, Healthcare Providers Billing & claims process and IT outsourcing
divisions of the company.
This will include cultivating new customer
relationships, sales planning, New business development
Qualification:
Minimum 4-6 years experience in IT solutions including a history of closing large deals
Past experience in selling IT Staffing and converting leads to clients in the IT contract, Contract to hire and Full-time Staffing business.
Established relationships with direct clients and managers.
Demonstrated track record of meeting a multi-million dollar quota
Ability to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals
Solid experience in selling IT Projects / Solutions and IT staffing services
Good understanding and experience in selling onsite * offshore model
Experience with best methods to reach decision makers
