Exchange Engineer/Administrator

Advantage Tech is looking for a Exchange Engineer candiate for our downtown Kansas City Client. This position will work with a smaller shop with the majority of users being at different locations throughout the US. They have a solid benefit package and paid parking.
Summary
Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of Microsoft Exchange 2010 infrastructure and Windows 2003/2008/2012 servers to support centralized corporate technical resources and 40 remote office locations. Additionally, this position provides corporate help desk support and issue resolution.
General Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Exchange 2007/2010 deployment, administration, management, and troubleshooting.
Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, web server, internet access, office systems and applications support).
Supports server and desktop hardware, software and applications.
Performs technology needs analysis.
Develops processes and documentation for critical system tasks.
Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.
Manages small to medium sized projects.
Regularly reports project progress and milestones in timely, organized manner.
Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
5 years minimum relevant and current experience as an administrator on a medium-large size network of servers, desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies. MCSE/MCITP required or significant 2003/2008 server experience. Exchange certifications also preferred.
