Part-time Senior Attorney
The candidate will be partially responsible for implementing a grant that requires annual legal and multidisciplinary training, as well as development and dissemination of a wide variety of print and electronic resources. Will be responsible for monitoring and meeting grant obligations, including evaluating training programs and reporting on grant activities. Design, coordinate, and conduct training programs that may range from one hour to 3 days in length and that may be delivered live, in person or by videoconference, webinar, or other distance or hybrid learning methods. Identifying areas where training and resources are needed; convening and meeting with planning committees; developing learning objectives, training agendas, learning activities, and substantive content; designing curricula; identifying speakers; obtaining materials and developing training notebooks; communicating with potential attendees; designing training evaluation tools; and drafting evaluation and other reports for funders and others. Design, develop, and update a variety of online and print resources for the CLC's constituents, including, for example: online courses and tutorials, flowcharts, checklists, bench cards, toolkits, case summaries, model pleadings, etc. Conduct complex legal research and report the results with a high degree of accuracy in writing and other presentations.
