The candidate will assist with financial services litigation cases in multiple jurisdictions from the office. Will be required to work exclusively for the firm. Be expected to research and draft motions, handling written discovery, take and defend depositions, argue motions, appear in court proceedings, and attend settlement conferences and mediations. Should preferably have experience in financial services litigation, including mortgage litigation. New Mexico Bar required. Bar membership elsewhere is a plus.
