Regional Compliance Analyst

Duties: Responsible for supporting and maintaining compliance with state laws which oversee career colleges (all states), accreditation (ACCSC), and federal laws as appropriate (e.g., U.S. Department of Education). Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance throughout assigned campuses and states. Partners with campuses, state regulators, and key stakeholders at the home office to ensure the appropriate licensure and/or accreditation of campuses, instructors, and programs. Answers questions relating to compliance with accreditation, state laws and/or other applicable regulatory requirements as assigned. Responsible for the delivery and maintenance of state and/or accreditation compliance training manuals, and assists in the development of successful, efficient processes for regulatory compliance. Will actively manage risk through control systems and procedures.
