: Suite Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
Assist clients in maximizing their investment through strategic and coordinated service initiatives.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Build and maintain relationships with key high-level decision makers and suite administrators.
2. Support Suite Services Manager in the creation, organization, and execution of events and touchpoints throughout the year that establish value for suiteholders over a full calendar year, not just during football season.
3. Create case studies that can be used to showcase the value that a suite at Arrowhead Stadium offers to companies in the Kansas City region.
4. Facilitate a minimum of three (3) surveys per year to collect feedback on basic services, ask for suiteholders’ opinions, gather data on new ideas and concepts.
5. Manage the Suite Picks Challenge program.
6. Assist the Suite Services Manager in the renewal, invoicing, and payment collection processes.
7. Coordinate suite catering orders with clients. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and concessionaire.
8. Assist the Suite Sales team in creating sales pitch materials, setting up tours, and supporting the sales process as needed.
9. Support the Suite Services Manager in updating all key metrics and managing reporting mechanisms for the suite department.
10. Responsible for all suite related gameday service initiatives.
11. Work as a team with other members of the Suite Sales & Service Department.
12. Work all home Chiefs game as well as special events at Arrowhead Stadium.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):
1. 4 year college degree preferred.
2. Must possess the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
3. Helpful, friendly and patient attitude.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to accurately record information with great attention to detail.
7. Possess excellent time management and organization skills.
8. Must be team-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a positive attitude.
