Duties: Reports to the “Senior Assistant University Counsel” (SAUC), who is also a Special Assistant Attorney General. Reports to the Director of Technology Transfer for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. Technology Transfer Office’s initial point of contact for the pre-award review of intellectual property terms in all grants and contracts between the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and external funding agencies. Responsible for managing agreements, negotiating transactions, and providing legal advice and support on matters related to research compliance with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations and other matters related to the University’s technology transfer program. Work from the office with expectations for occasional travel to the various other CU campuses.
